Answer by PaulInitial of all there is no such point as a solar EMP, secondly I haven't heard of a CME from the Sun on a collision course with us, but then it's a bit early to say we typically only get a few days notice. We are in a period of high solar activity so in between now and June 2013 there will be much more solar activity
