Congress and the President have the new energy law that calls for better fuel economy for cars introduced in 2020. It also calls for the elimination of incandescent bulbs by 2012. What are your thoughts on this? How is it that you, too? Personally, I use it now, so I think it's a great idea. What everyone thinks Best answer:
